The WALTONS were a large family from the Alston / Nenthead area, there are 2 Waltons married into our family lines. Elizabeth Walton married Anthony Hewatson on 14 Feb 1737 & Hanna Walton married Isaac Hornsby on 28 Jun 1760.

Due to the large number of Walton families at that time & a lack of detailed information on the early records it is going to be difficult to make specific connections although the research will be ongoing.
